On Monday, July 13, Tamarac proudly celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the Lead with Love mural at the Tamarac Community Center!
Created in partnership with Business for the Arts Broward, the Community Foundation of Broward, and visionary artist Cey Adams, this inspiring mural is part of the Lead with Love campaign, featuring nine murals across South Florida.
It is an honor that Tamarac was selected as one of the campaign’s mural locations, all of which are a lasting reminder of the power of love, unity, and community.

City of Tamarac Building Inspections Just Got Easier!
The City of Tamarac now offers real-time inspection tracking! This means customers can receive an estimated arrival time and track the Building Department inspector on the day of the scheduled inspection.
In addition, the city has introduced homeowner notifications through the Electronic Plan Review process for new permit applications. Homeowners will receive updates as permits move through key stages, helping them to stay informed while making it clear when action is needed by the permit applicant or contractor.
These enhancements improve transparency and make the permitting and inspection process more convenient for Tamarac residents.
