NW 70th Avenue Improvements Begin Next Week!
As part of the Citywide Headwall Improvement Project, drainage improvement work is scheduled to begin next week! These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening infrastructure and enhancing drainage throughout the community.
- When: Monday, November 9; NW 70th Avenue will be temporarily closed in front of the clubhouse for approximately two months. The overall work at this location is expected to be completed within three months.
- Where: Near the Sunflower Clubhouse
- What you need to know:
- Detour signs and appropriate traffic control measures will be in place to safely guide motorists around the work zone.
- Message boards have been installed along NW 82nd Avenue and NW 70th Avenue to notify residents and motorists of the upcoming closure.
- Please follow posted detour signs and allow extra travel time when traveling through the area.
