On Thursday, November 19 at 3:00 pm, you can attend (virtually) the Sunset Hammock Bid Opening “Pre-Proposal” meeting, for the Design Build of the Sunset Hammock Artistic Work Project. For this meeting, you can join online using Microsoft Teams. The meeting agenda is available here. Note that the Proposal Opening was held on August 11 of this year; you can view the Facebook Live video of this opening here.
The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the Proposal Opening participants, read the proposal submission names, check for proposal bonds, and read the prices. There will then be time for questions and comments.
