Tamarac Woman missing with Health Conditions, BSO say

The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is appealing to the public for assistance in locating Gina Ortega, a 65-year-old woman who has gone missing from Tamarac. Ortega was last seen in the vicinity of the 8000 block of Northwest 78th Court at approximately 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

Authorities have provided details about Ortega’s physical appearance. She stands at 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. Ortega has black hair and brown eyes. It is important to note that she has health conditions that necessitate regular medication.

The BSO has identified Ortega’s vehicle as a black 2012 Chevy Equinox, bearing the Florida license plate GDNV03. In a press release issued on Thursday, BSO requested any information regarding her whereabouts.
