Important note: This meeting is scheduled to last from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. From 2:05 pm to 4:00 pm, there will be a “temporary adjournment of public meeting to a closed session to receive oral presentation pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 286.0113 (2) (b) providing that portions of meetings where oral presentations are delivered shall be closed to the public. All members of the public must leave the room at this point, and only those delivering oral presentations and members of the Evaluation Committee may remain in the room:

The City Commission holds a workshop meeting on the Monday prior to each regular commission meeting at 9:30 am in City Hall, Conference Room 105, where agenda items are discussed at length. Regular commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm or 9:30 am, respectively, in the City Hall Commission Chambers. Special topic workshops are scheduled as needed.
