District 3 Senior Relief program
Senior Citizens Day is a great opportunity to recognize and celebrate the invaluable contributions of older adults in Tamarac. In support of this recognition, the District 3 Senior Relief Assistance Program provides a one-time $250 assistance payment to eligible Tamarac District 3 senior residents experiencing temporary financial hardship.

- More information: Applicants are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements, complete all required forms, and bring all required documentation to the event. All requirements and additional information is available here.
- A supply of preprinted Senior Relief packets is available at the Kings Point Clubhouse if you would like to complete them in advance of the event. Please note that completed packets will not be accepted early and must be brought to the event on August 21st. Blank packets will also be available at the event for those who prefer to complete them that day.
Coffee With a Cop
Enjoy coffee with a cop this Saturday; meet your hometown deputies and learn more about BSO!

Calling all treasure hunters! Join the City of Tamarac for the epic Community Garage Sale. You’ll get to browse a variety of gently used items, unique finds, household goods, collectibles, toys and more, all in one convenient location. Admission is free for shoppers, so bring your friends, family and reusable shopping bags.

The Tamarac Community Farmers Market is a great place to shop for baked goods, fresh produce, honey, hummus, pickles, sauces, tea, and many other artisanal goodies. You’ll also enjoy meeting the producers and sampling their locally prepared, all-natural products.
